Mark cheating on his wife
Mark has a traveling job that allows him to visit different cities regularly. In every city he visits, he becomes curious and begins looking for women on dating apps. He hooked up with quite a few women but feels restless about his decision because he's married.
How Mark solved his problem
See how Mark used the Adioscope to find the right answer.

Do you have a critical situation you need to resolve?
If you have a question about your relationship, work, kids, or anything else that is important to you, the Adioscope will help you find the specific answer that is right for you today.
May not be right for someone else, but right for you.
I was in a work environment that was completely not aligned with my values. The founders were autocratic and sometimes intimidating and toxic. This work was also negatively affecting my personal life and relationship with my family because I was carrying all that stress home. The new investor cared less about values and more about building valuation in 3 years to be able to sell the company. I used Contemplation and the Adios principles to find what will make me feel more aligned and peaceful and decided to move on. This time I chose the founders very carefully.

The Adios principles directly impact certain circuits of the brain positively to improve your physiology and lower your stress levels which is the cause of most diseases today. Certain Adios principles improve your auto immune system, others prevent harmful chemicals to be released in your body that might eventually cause a heart disease or cancer.

Digesting all the content might feel a bit overwhelming but take your time to chew on each concept and make contemplation a constant habit. Don't be intimidated and practice, one day at a time. Watch the previous sessions again after a few weeks and you might find very different perspectives from the same sessions. I’m doing that now.
It’s a little uncomfortable at first, because we are all used to just react to and get distracted by external stimuli, but daily practice and clarity on ADIOS principles make contemplation a really effective way to take a step back and find answers to some of the questions that have been sitting unanswered in the back of your mind.
I suggest to all of you to start this journey without prejudices or mental blocks in order to grasp the essence of this training. If you are here, you are tuned into this way of living at least a little. In life, it is important to have a clear priority list in mind. Have a nice journey

What spoke to me the most is the power to be able to make my decisions on my own without depending on or getting them validated by someone else. The Twin Voices principle was the turning point for me to settle the battles that we constantly have in our minds about what is right and wrong.
