What is the Adios system for employee mental fitness?

Adios stands for A Dialogue In Objective Silence. It is a training system designed to help your employees achieve clarity of thought, focus and peace of mind systematically. They will learn a few practical principles in a self-paced mode, understand how their daily choices affect their mental fitness and start to implement those ideas in their daily routine immediately.


The primary skill they will learn is Contemplation - deep thinking. In a fast-paced world, people tend to be focused outside most of the time. You need to disconnect from the external, go inward, and spend time thinking deeply. The Adios system will train your employees to contemplate on matters that matter to them using the Adios principles.


They will also extensively use the Adioscope, a decision making tool we have created on our platform. Every employee has questions or situations in their life that they need to resolve. Sometimes, unresolved personal or professional situations can weigh on their minds constantly, leading to not being able to pay due attention at work. Their body might be in front of their computer, but their mind is elsewhere, thinking about their unresolved situation.

Being able to resolve these situations using the Adioscope will reduce their stress, improve their peace of mind and hence their presence of mind at work.

Final Outcome

Contemplation on their Adioscope will help them think more clearly, focus on what makes them more peaceful, hence enable them to make the right choices, which will reduce stress and conspicuously improve their overall state of mind.

Brainstorming and group discussions are the most common tools used for generating innovation today. When you add Contemplation to this mix, it creates a lethal combination.

Now the Software (the Adios platform), the Hardware (your employees, mentors, resources) and the Mindware (the skill of Contemplation) will come together to help your employees create Innovation At Will (InnWill).

The employees will participate in various InnWill projects every quarter using the Innovation Creation and Management System (ICMS) on the Adios platform and combine individual Contemplation sessions with team discussion to find creative solutions and newer insights into their work.

Digesting all the content might feel a bit overwhelming but take your time to chew on each concept and make contemplation a constant habit. Don't be intimidated and practice, one day at a time. Watch the previous sessions again after a few weeks and you might find very different perspectives from the same sessions. I’m doing that now.

Until today, I never thought about my responsibilities towards my partner. My only focus was on my expectations from them. That feels just plain wrong now.
In the past I never focused on whether the behaviour of my potential partner reflected the values that are important to me. I was too busy looking at the obvious signs of success in life. But if there is a mismatch in values, I know my relationship won't last long.
The Adios framework has helped me define my relationships a lot better.
It is definitely helping me choose between the heart and the mind at various junctures, in both personal and professional situations to ensure that peace of mind is maintained.
I have resolved 9 out of my 11 questions in 8 weeks. Working on the last two.
To make the most out of the program, you must do the work. I found it very helpful to go back and rewatch the sessions as you move forward.
This is going to be one of the best things you’ve done for yourself. The biggest benefit of the program is that it instils a good habit of contemplation to help make better decisions.
I am now revisiting the principles again and that is definitely helping me think a lot more and consider various perspectives before I respond.
Starting to write down my thoughts has helped a lot. Writing has the ability to declutter your mind. Earlier my thoughts used to be jumbled up and I could not retain them for long. I have started making bullet points now. It has helped. Now I need to start writing in detail.
There was a lot of unplanned thinking earlier. It is now much more structured now. Because of Conemplation, I also like to go deeper into certain topics and not depend on others all the time. Get the information yourself and take charge.
