Digesting all the content might feel a bit overwhelming but take your time to chew on each concept and make contemplation a constant habit. Don't be intimidated and practice, one day at a time. Watch the previous sessions again after a few weeks and you might find very different perspectives from the same sessions. I’m doing that now.
It’s a little uncomfortable at first, because we are all used to just react to and get distracted by external stimuli, but daily practice and clarity on ADIOS principles make contemplation a really effective way to take a step back and find answers to some of the questions that have been sitting unanswered in the back of your mind.

Until today, I never thought about my responsibilities towards my partner. My only focus was on my expectations from them. That feels just plain wrong now.

Starting to write down my thoughts has helped a lot. Writing has the ability to declutter your mind. Earlier my thoughts used to be jumbled up and I could not retain them for long. I have started making bullet points now. It has helped. Now I need to start writing in detail.
There was a lot of unplanned thinking earlier. It is now much more structured now. Because of Conemplation, I also like to go deeper into certain topics and not depend on others all the time. Get the information yourself and take charge.
